These stories and lessons increase student sensitivity to financial differences existing locally and globally and how they affect life

These stories and lessons help students see past destructive gender barriers to increase equality of opportunity and treatment

   

 

These stories and lessons address issues related to physical disabilities and appearances that can affect self esteem and social acceptance

   

These stories and lessons help children know how to respond when friends share their trauma or act out because of it
